Return & Exchange Policy

- You can return and exchange all the products you have purchased on our site.

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE?

- In order to return the products, you have purchased at www.bylucetta.com, when you send an e-mail with your billing information, you will be sent the return code as an e-mail and you will be able to send it free of charge in this way.

- You have 14 working days starting from the date you receive the product to return the unused products that you have purchased from www.bylucetta.com and have not lost their resalability. Within 14 working days, you can get information for return via our WhatsApp number +41784228952.

- In order to track whether the product has reached our center or not, you can request a tracking number from the cargo company.

- When the products you have sent reach our return and inspection department, the unpacking and registration period is 2 working days. We send an informative email maximum 2 working days after your return package is delivered to us.

- If the product you send meets the return conditions, it will be approved, if not, it will be rejected.

- For approved returns, the return period is 7-14 working days. The service fees you paid when purchasing the product (Shipping fee, Bank commission, etc.) are not refunded. Only the price of the product will be returned to your account. We kindly ask you to check your bank account transactions in this regard.

• Returns of products that do not meet any of the return conditions will be rejected and shipped to you against payment.

THOSE WHO WILL PAY THE SHIPPING FEE TO RETURN?

- If the purchased product has reached you in a defective / imperfect / incorrect way, we cover the shipping fee if you prefer the cargo company we have contracted when sending the defective / imperfect / incorrect product to our address. If you send with a different cargo company, we do not cover the shipping fee.

- You cover the shipping fee when sending us to return non-defective / perfect / correct products.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Fatma Sepe encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Fatma Sepe at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
